Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up gymnastics. As a teenager she was awarded her professional card just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16. In just one year she earned her Professional Card at age 17. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her education at college. In 2015 continued previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. In 2009, she had been awarded four fitness awards. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree when she earned the Pro Card. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the competition, she came in third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and returned with a 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th within the fitness division even though she not having any expectations. Ariel had to compete against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this type of workout twice per week one day being lightweight day, and another days heavy weight.
